Ooh.. I've very excited about this site I came across looking to find out how to cook duck breast. channel4.com has videos on the Gordon Ramsay cookalong live series. I've never watched his Hell's Kitchen or other shows but I've seen briefly how very rude and insulting he can be, so I've never really paid much attention to his shows or to him. But having seen 2 of his cookalong series, I really love it. The videos are fastpaced, edgy and to the point. It shows a different side of Gordon Ramsay, one that I respect and watch with pure pleasure!

This guy is awesome!!! You're cooking so much, eh?? Keep it up girlie!
I love his cooking shows (not hell's kitchen though). You seen the F word? It's like 4 cooking shows in one!
How have you been? Saw this on your FB page and decided to check it out. I don't like all of his shows but really love Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares. Take care and K.I.T.
Wow! Am I glad I found your blog. I'm a Toronto transplant to Montreal and just love cooking. I'm always looking for new things to try and love Gordon Ramsay. I'll be coming back to see what else you have discovered. Many thanks!
Oh by the way, if you watch "Chuck's Day Off" on the food network, my husband and I went to his restaurant last night in Old Montreal for dinner. Fabulous!!!
Thanks Patricia. It's funny but I was more experimental and trying out receipes when I was living in France. I think living right by the market and seeing all the beautiful fresh produce helped inspire me. Now that I'm back in toronto I went back to cooking from whatever I have in the fridge.
